The deserter

In the north of Judea a deserter, scarred by years of battle, comes home seeking peace. In the holy city of Jerusalem the son of the High Priest fans the flames of war. Both will have to navigate the greatest rebellion Judea has ever known. A revolt which killed thousands, destroyed cities and crowned a new imperial dynasty.
